Undergraduates

Placement students joining Keller will have a stimulating and hands-on introduction to contracting and management, gaining experience in some, if not all, of the following;

• Concept and contract design
• Tendering and negotiation
• Site management
• Setting out and surveying
• Liaison with clients, labour force and staff at all levels
• Understanding of Conditions of Contract Specifications and Contract Law
• Preparation of technical proposals Design calculations and method statements. 

..And responsibility will be given at an early stage for;

• daily technical control
• health and safety
• quality control and assurance
• programme control
